About James Moore

James is a big believer that talent is the only true source of high-performance within an organisation and is passionate about helping people and organisations reach their full potential.

James started his career in the Royal Air Force, serving 12 years’. He worked across a variety of roles including recruitment and selection, talent management and HR operations. After leaving the RAF in 2015, James spent two years’ working in the Middle East - across Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar and the UAE - consulting on a variety of large scale transformation projects.

Since making the move back to the UK he has followed his passion for people and continues to help clients design and implement talent solutions that add value across the talent management cycle. James tries to keep active, although currently, his main form of exercise is running around after his two year-old son and six month-old dog.
